The Poth depot is a SA&AP replacement for a SA&AP depot that burned down. It is likely the last depot built by the SA&AP. The depot still exists at its original location and was nicely restored. It is now used as a farm and ranch museum. The track was abandoned in 1994.

US 181 passes the depot near the center of this very small town. The depot is north of the intersection of Westmeyer (FM 541) and Railroad Streets. For more infomation, see the Poth Train Station.
