SA&AP Depots - Gregory, TX

The SA&AP 2nd depot in 1941.

The same depot in 1999.

A photo exists of an earlier SA&AP depot at Gregory. The current Gregory depot appears to a replacement that was likely built by the Texas and New Orleans SA&AP around 1908. There was also a freight house that the Union Pacific Railroad razed.

The depot is near the intersection of South Gregory Street (old US 181) and West Fourth Street (Loop 202). The Union Pacific Railroad still uses this depot but its days in operation are likely numbered.
